2000L/H Beer pasteurizer machine

Flash Pasteurizer is widely used in food industry, especially for sterilization or ultra-high temperature sterilization of heat sensitive materials such as milk, soybean milk, juice, rice wine, beer and other liquids. It is composed of plate heat exchanger, centrifugal sanitary pump, material balance cylinder and hot water device.

TunnelPasteurizer

 

Cassman TunnelPasteurizer, This spray warm and cooling machine, also named tunnel pasteurizer(Engineer Services Available Bottle Beer Tunnel Pasteurization Machine) , which is different from the direct heat method (instantaneous sterilization), tunnel pasteurizer sterilize products and containers together, so that you can eliminate various possible causes of the growth of harmful bacteria within the allowed time.
Liquid and its package are heated to the required sterilization temperature and maintained at that temperature for some time, and then down to ambient temperature.
This machine contains 8 temperature zones, the minimum temperature difference between zones confirms good sterilizing effect, and also reduce bottle broken rate. Hot water is recycled to use in temperature sections in order to save heat energy and reduce water consumption.
