Cassman standard Industrial Beer Brewing Equipment includes Mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle and whirlpool. All Construction uses high-quality SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel, all pipes are SUS304, perfect 3mm inner shell and 2mm outer shell. 2----Cooling system
Glycol water supply for wort cooling and fermentation cooling.Its structure usually include Glycol water tun+1 or 2 chillers(the cold liquor tun is optional).
Usually for the large beer system,we suggest with chiller+glycol water tank+cold water tank for the glycol cooling system.The smaller beer system with chiller +glycol water tank.
1.Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing
2. Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryonto supply cooling energy
3. Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
