----Brewhouse System
Cassman 1000l German Style Craft Beer Brewing Machine is our standard design as per German style brewing technology. We combined the lauter and whirlpool in one vessel, which means lauter tun on the top and whirlpool underneath , the mash tun is a separate vessel, also work as the brewing kettle. This design will save more space compare the standard two vessels, and it will save you more time if you want to make two-three brews per day.

2----Cooling system
Glycol water supply for wort cooling and fermentation cooling.Its structure usually include Glycol water tun+1 or 2 chillers(the cold liquor tun is optional).
Usually for the large beer system,we suggest with chiller+glycol water tank+cold water tank for the glycol cooling system.The smaller beer system with chiller +glycol water tank.
1.Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing
2. Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryonto supply cooling energy
3. Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
4. All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included
