Cassman also expert in middle and large size brewery equipment and fermenters. We will design the 100HL fermenter according to the size of the sea shipping container. Diameter of the tank is 2.2m, height is 5.8meter, so we could put two tanks into 1*40'HQ container. Some brewery they will put the tanks in the outside, so we make a thicker insulation then normal tanks. We also have special design for the Tank Top/Bottom device, which combined the CIP, relief valve etc into a whole system. Working platform on the top of the tank are also available.

Beer will tapped to serving tanks after beer fermenting, the serving tanks also called brite tanks, bright beer tanks, are the containers structurally identical to maturing tanks. The typical feature of the serving tank is high pressure than fermenter, which is 3.0bar. Because the beer from serving tank will be ready for filling into kegs, bottle or cans. It is necessary to keep beer under a higher pressure than is used in maturing tanks.
