2. Interior shell thickness 3-6mm, Exterior shell=2mm

3. 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield

4. Interior finish: pickled and passivated, external polished, 80mm insulated

Support System

1----Malt Miller

2----Cooling system

Glycol water supply for wort cooling and fermentation cooling.Its structure usually include Glycol water tun+1 or 2 chillers(the cold liquor tun is optional).

Usually for the large beer system,we suggest with chiller+glycol water tank+cold water tank for the glycol cooling system.The smaller beer system with chiller +glycol water tank.

 

1.Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing

2. Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryonto supply cooling energy

3. Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger

4. All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included
